Craig started his career in the medical supply and home DME business. His primary beat was medical practices throughout southeast Michigan. Each day Craig would speak to practice staff and doctors about his products, trying to figure out how he could differentiate himself from the competition. He knew he had to find a way to add more value!
After learning his customers’ pain points in running a medical practice, he recognized that one of the biggest problems was equipment that was out of service. Without equipment, practices can’t deliver needed health services or generate revenue.
Seeing the need for fast, reliable, onsite service in physicians’ offices, Craig went to Schoolcraft College to receive training as a biomedical equipment technician. After completion, in 1984 Craig started Mobile Medical Repair, Inc. out of his home.
Over the decades, it grew into a strategic partner of many large health systems, medical offices, and veterinary practices.
